At Moon Shave we have a 30-day money back guarantee!

To use this we need the original item sent back to us for inspection. If everything is ok then the payment will be processed within 7-10 business days from the day of us receiving the product back.

Our support colleges will ask for a video of the item, we will then pass this to our logistics team and we will send you the return address via email. Please note that returns are NOT paid by Moon Shave and is the customers responsibility to pay for postage.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, in the fastest time frame to give you a better experience as fast as possible.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, our support team will network with you to get a replacement product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


For issues that are passed the 30 day guarantee but still within 6 months from the original purchase date. We can offer a partial refund or a replacement product!

Please note we do not offer full refunds after 6 months from the original purchase date, however replacements are still available for 12 after the original order date.
